As an ongoing effort to serve and encourage temperament skills, The Essentials Center is offering Anger Management sessions virtually open for anyone 21 and older. If you are seeking solace to afford you to weather the chaos and uncertainty of the world we now live in attending a session or two will explain how to get rid of stress and keep negative emotions out. The series will cover Anger Management, Stress Reduction and Communication. The sessions are individual based and conducted via conference call for up to 90 minutes per session. If you are looking for a time sensitive and affordable way to gain control of your emotions, these sessions will aid in getting you on track. Too many times that which is vital and most essential to well-being is put on hold until situations arise that make it a necessity. Why not take advantage of this opportunity made available to you and get on track to a life of complete and wholeness, without the pressure from negative and out of control emotions. DETAILS
The sessions will be held on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 1:00pm to 2:30pm beginning April 7, 2024.
Call for pricing. (All fees Includes: registration, access to call and certificate of completion for those clients attending 2 or more sessions).
All attendees should be prepared to commit to at least 60 to 75 minutes for each call. There are no refunds for any missed hours, certificate of completion will be held until all hours are completed. No Exceptions
