As an ongoing effort to serve and encourage temperament skills, The Essentials Center is offering Anger Management Series open for anyone 21 and older. If you are court or employee ordered, self referred or spouse referred this workshop is for you. The series will cover Anger Management, Emotional Intelligence and Communication. The workshops are limited to a small group of people to allow hands-on interaction. If you are looking for a time sensitive and affordable way to gain control of your emotions, this workshop is for you. Too many times that which is vital and most essential to well-being is put on hold until situations arise that make it a necessity. DETAILS

The workshop will start on Saturday from 10:00am to 2:00pm.

The cost for the workshop is $129 (Includes: registration, materials, and certificate of completion for 4 hours).

All attendees should be prepared to commit to all 4 hours, there are no refunds for any missed hours, certificate of completion will be held until all hours are completed. No Exceptions
