REGISTATION INFORMATION 

Individuals seeking to register for classes must first submit the non-refundable $25.00 deposit on the Divorce Parenting Class page. The next step is to complete the form below to ensure you are properly placed in the correct class on the date you choose. Please note all the information is required to register. A valid clear photo ID is also required, you may upload photos with the link provided below. All Photo IDs are subject to approval.

The class is 4-Hours and there will be breaks throughout the class. However, you must commit to the entire 4-Hour class to receive the certificate of completion at the conclusion of the class. There will be no exceptions.  The balance of $40.00 must be paid 3 days prior to the scheduled class date.
